The new interface is built to look familiar, with design patterns consistent with other applications you already use. This makes navigation more intuitive and the overall experience more seamless.
In addition to the visual refresh, we’ve added powerful new features and functionality to enhance usability and productivity. It’s all part of making your forms more relevant, efficient, and enjoyable than ever before.

New Login window
The Login window is the first thing you’ll see when opening the admin site. We’ve given it a fresh new look with a simple, modern design that’s easier to use.
Updated Home Page
The Home page got an upgrade! You’ll now see your username and to which site you're logged into at the top of the page. In the new dashboard section, you can see how many user licenses are in use and how many are still available. Plus, you’ll notice we have plans for future dashboards, so stay tuned!
Updated User Menu
The User menu has moved to the left side and has been improved in this release. You can still access Help and Resources, change your password, choose a language, view the About page, and log out. Now, you can also choose a display mode to customize how the admin site looks—and easily copy info from the About page, which comes in handy when working with support.
Themes and Styles
Visual settings got a major upgrade! You’ll now use the new Themes, Styles, and Templates page to customize the look and feel of both the admin site and the mobile app. From color schemes and logos to headings, inputs, and table styles—you can set it all here.
Templates
You can now create form templates using your custom styles from the Logo, Heading, Input, and Table tabs on the Themes, Styles, and Templates page. A default template is also automatically created using the system’s standard styles. Templates make it easy to reuse your designs and keep your forms looking consistent every time.
Last Modified Date
You’ll now see the date a form was last modified in the upper left side of the Form Designer header. It updates automatically—even if you’re not tracking form changes—so you always know when something was last updated.
Collapse/Expand Header
Click to collapse or expand the header section of a form. Collapsing the header is especially useful when you're working in the form designer and want more space to view or edit the main body of the form. Expanding the header again will bring back details like the logo, form name, and description.
Form Designer Columns
The Form Designer now includes four columns. These let you create responsive, multi-column layouts—so instead of stacking fields vertically, you can place them side by side.
Most form elements include a Column Span setting, which controls how many columns a field stretches across. Adjusting the column span helps you manage layout, align related fields next to each other, and improve readability across different screen sizes.
You can hide/display the column grid lines by clicking (Column Grid).
Form Input Sliders
Inputs now use a handy slider instead of separate Edit windows for options, styles, and conditions—no more jumping between pop-ups! Everything’s neatly organized into collapsible sections within the slider. For more complex settings, some options will still open in a pop-out window when needed.
Spacers
Spacers have been added to improve form layout by preventing fields from wrapping to the next line, especially in responsive or space-constrained environments.
When placing input fields side by side, limited screen width or insufficient spacing can cause one or more fields to automatically wrap to the next line, disrupting the intended horizontal alignment. This is particularly common on smaller screens such as phones or tablets.
Basic Form Navigation
Basic forms haven’t changed in this release, but the way you access them has. To start designing a basic form, go to the Form and Report Designer menu and select Upload Basic Form.
Then just click the + button to upload the file you want to build your form from. Simple and streamlined!
Real-Time Alerts
If you start creating a field condition, validation, or event but don’t complete the setup, a real-time alert will appear on the input to let you know it’s incomplete. A real-time alert is a message or visual cue that appears instantly while you're working—without needing to refresh or leave the page. It lets you know right away if something needs your attention, such as an unfinished setup or a missing input, so you can fix it on the spot.
