How to use the Users page
Before creating forms, it is a good idea to set up your users. This can be done later, but until you have users and roles set up, the forms you create cannot be accessed by anyone. The Users page lists the users that are set up in the system. Click any user in the list and edit their settings. You can only mass update active or inactive users. Unlicensed users need to be updated individually. Open the Users page by clicking Users from the Administration menu.
From the Users page you can add users, import users, download the User Report and sync users to retrieve the information needed to get users from Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) for single sign-on (SS).
