How to download the User Report

The User Report is an exported list to an Excel spreadsheet that contains two tabs: Users and Devices. This report will be very helpful after an upgrade to verify which techs haven’t upgraded their devices.

The Users tab includes information such as username, display name, email, administrative rights, admin permissions, license status and assigned roles.

The Device tab includes information for each user including the device ID, manufacturer, model, platform, platform version, FormsPro version and activity information. 

1. From the Administration menu, click Users to open the Users page.
2. In the upper right, click (User Report).
3. The User Report is downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet.
