How to use the Data Deletion page
The Data Deletion page is used to search for data in a database that an admin user wants to delete. You can delete multiple submissions, personal data, or change management data. Each type of deletion has a unique way to search for the data.
When performing data deletion, removing a submission from a form that has an associated child form will sever the relationship between them. As a result, the parent form will no longer be visible anywhere that relationship is displayed, such as on the View/Edit Submissions page.
We recommend deleting child form submissions along with the parent when removing parent data.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Data Deletion. The Data Deletion page opens.

- Select the deletion method: Delete Multiple Submissions, Delete Personal Data, or Delete Change Management Data.
- Click Delete. The Confirm Delete window appears. Enter the reason for the deletion, then click Yes.
