How to publish a form

Once your form is complete, publish it to make it available in the mobile app. This allows your users—whether they're in the field, on the floor, or on the move—to access and complete forms anytime, anywhere.

Before publishing, use the Preview feature to double-check things like reports, data maps, and workflows to make sure everything works as expected.

To publish the form, simply click (Publish) from the toolbar. Once published, a filled icon will appear next to the form name in the Form and Report Designer menu.

Mobile users assigned to the same role as the form will see it in their forms list the next time they sync their device.
