Viewing a Form Submission

Use the Submitted Forms page to display form submissions so you can view the forms that are completed. 

1. In the app, select Search for Submitted Forms from the More menu in the upper-right corner. The Submitted Forms page opens.
   
2. Mark the Show Only My Submissions option if you want to limit the search to the forms you submitted.
3. Click on the submitted form that you want to view, then select View Form from the list.
   
4. The form you selected appears. You cannot make changes to the form.
