How to understand checkout statuses
Use the following to understand what the status IDs in the Checkout Log table mean:

| -1000 | Web service not responding | 
| -900 | Duplicate appointment checkout received | 
| 0 | Checkout not started | 
| 1 | Checkout received | 
| 5 | Backoffice processing started | 
| 10 | Update appointment checkout complete | 
| 20 | Update appointment complete | 
| 30 | Update Status Log complete | 
| 40 | Update equipment complete | 
| 50 | Update labor complete | 
| 60 | Update parts complete | 
| 70 | Update notes complete | 
| 80 | Update tasks complete | 
| 81 | Cleanup forms not needed | 
| 82 | Update user-defined fields complete | 
| 89 | Add resolution note | 
| 90 | Create new appointment complete | 
| 100 | Complete existing appointment | 
| 110 | Update invoice complete | 
| 120 | Process parts complete | 
| 130 | Process resolution notes complete | 
| 140 | Generate report complete |
