How to display call history on the History workspace

Call history is shown automatically for completed appointments. If a call is still open, but some appointments are completed, the completed appointment information is displayed on the History workspace, in addition to closed work orders. This can be helpful if a technician is at an afterhours emergency call-back for a recently completed appointment. The techs can see much more recent history if it takes a couple days for a work order to be invoiced and closed.
