Deleting a Role

If a role is no longer needed and has no users assigned to it, it can be deleted.

1. From the Administration menu, click Roles to open the Roles page.
   
2. Click on the role you want to delete to open the Edit Role window. 
   
3. Click Delete to remove the role. Roles cannot be deleted if they are assigned to a user or form.
