How to view user role information
The Roles tab in the Edit User window allows you to view and assign roles to the user. Each user is assigned one or more roles, and forms are assigned to those roles. When the user logs into the app, they see the forms associated with their assigned roles.
At least one role must be created, and users can have multiple roles.
- From the Administration menu, click Users to open the Users page.

Click any username line in the list on the Users page to open the Edit User window.
- Click the Roles tab to view and assign roles to the user. If you want to assign a bunch of users at once, we recommend you use the Roles page.
- Click Save to save your changes and close the Edit User window.
