Downloading a Draft Report

How to download a draft report

A draft report can be downloaded from the app to view a preview of the report. This is helpful for techs to view the information that will print on a form's report.

1. In the app, click the button to the left of the Save button.
   
2. If multiple reports are available, select the report to preview.
3. The draft report is downloaded. Completed fields appear on the draft, and the report has a DRAFT watermark to ensure you know it’s not the final version. All reports are set to allow draft reports as the default. If you don’t want to print a draft report mark the Do not allow draft report option in the Manage Report window for each report.
