      Viewing the Delete Log

      How to view the Delete Log

      The Delete Log displays a record of all delete events that have occurred.
      1. Click Logs from the left menu and select Delete Log from the Log Type drop-down list.

      2. Enter a start and end date to filter the results, then click Find. Providing a date range is optional, but it can help make the results easier to manage.

        While the search is running, the Find button changes to Cancel, allowing you to stop the search if needed—for example, if it's taking too long.

      3. The deletion date, form name, user, description, and reason for the deletion are displayed.
