      Viewing Logs

      How to view logs

      You can view logs for events that occur in the web administration pages for the API, changes, data maps, data sets, deletions, deployments, developer events, form errors, form entry actions and notifications. The events displayed are only those that occur on the server. Since the mobile app is not running on the server, any events that occur on the mobile app are not in this list.
      1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Logs. The Logs page opens.
      2. Select the log type: API Log, Change Log, Data Maps Log, Delete Log, Dataset Performance Log, Delete Log, Deployment Log, Developer Log, Forms Log, Form Actions, or Notification Log and enter a date range. The Data Maps Log has an advanced search. Click Find.
      3. The list of events that match the type and date range are displayed. You can click any of the column heading names to sort the list.
      4. Click  (Details) to view more information about the event. Data map errors can be reprocessed by selecting the map and clicking Resubmit Selected.
