How to set the timeout period in the app

The Timeout Period window allows you to specify how much time you want to wait for a connection to be made before the FormsPro app times out on each of your devices. (A default timeout period is set up on the Device Settings tab in the Security Settings window in the Admin site.) Timeout periods can be specified from 30 seconds to 3 minutes, in 30 second increments. If a connection isn’t made after the amount of time selected, an error appears,

1. From the More menu, select Settings.
2. Select Timeout Period to open the Timeout Period window.
   
3. Select how much time you want to wait for a connection to be made before the app times out on your device.
4. Click OK to save your changes.
