Using the SCIM (Entra) Tab

How to use the SCIM (Entra) tab

Entra requires a secret token as part of its configuration to authenticate requests. Use the SCIM (Entra) tab to generate a secret token that Entra can use to access the user and groups API. The token is encrypted in the database and masked after the initial save to protect its value.

  1. From the Configuration menu, click Security Settings to open the Security page. Click SCIM (Entra).
  2. Click Regenerate to generate the secret token.
  3. Click Copy to copy the generated secret token and paste it into the provisioning configuration in Microsoft Entra ID. The token is used by Entra to authenticate requests sent to the application’s SCIM endpoints when synchronizing users and groups. The application validates this token with each request to ensure that only authorized provisioning operations can access the SCIM user and group APIs.

  4. Click Save to save your settings.
