How to use the General Tab in Forms Settings
The General tab in the Form Settings window is used to manage version and form changes, and manage email in the app.
- Click (Form Settings) on the toolbar to open the Form Settings window.
- Select the General tab.
- Toggle Allow Versions for this Form on to have different versions of the form.
- Toggle Track Change Management on to view each change that is made to the form after the first save of the form.
- Toggle Emails: Mark Select All as a Default on to automatically mark the Select All checkbox in the Emails section of a form on the app.
- If the Form Settings window was opened for a basic form, there is a Compress to ZIP File toggle. Toggle this option on if you want to reduce the size of the PDF by compressing it to a ZIP file.
- Click Save to save your changes.
