How to track changes on a form
You may have policies and procedures that you need to follow that require the ability to see changes made to a form. By tracking changes made on a form you can view the details about the changes made, after the first save of the form, including the date, version, and user who made each change.
- Create or open a form that you want to track changes.
- Click (Default Settings) on the toolbar to open the Form Settings window.
- On the General tab, toggle on the Track Change Management option, then click OK.
- Now when you make changes to the form, they are tracked.
- Changes made can be viewed in the Change Log. The log displays the date and time of the change, the type of change and the details.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu on the left, select Logs. Select Change from the Log Type drop-down list.
- Select the form you want to view change information for or leave this blank to see changes for all forms for a date range.
- Enter a start and end date, then click Find.
- The details for each change are displayed.
