How to use the toolbar
Forms are designed and maintained on the administrator site. The toolbar located across the top of the form design surface provides access to form elements to help you create and maintain your forms. The toolbar's elements vary for advanced forms and basic forms.

The toolbar for advanced forms includes the following elements:
Publishes a form so that mobile users, who are assigned to the same role as the form, see published forms on their devices the next time they sync. For more information, see Publishing a Form. | |
Opens the Public Form Settings window, to create the form link of the URL specific to a public form. For more information, see Creating a Public Form. | |
Opens the Link Child Form window, where you can conditionally link forms, so that when one form is submitted, a second “child” form is started. For more information, see Linking Forms. | |
Opens the Available Email Envelopes window, where you can assign advanced forms to an envelope. For more information, see Assigning Forms to Envelopes. | |
Opens the Report Designer where you can create data-bound reports using a set of tools to construct report layouts. For more information, see Creating Advanced Reports. | |
Opens the Assign Roles window where you can mark the roles the form applies to. For more information, see Assigning Roles to a Form and Setting up Roles. | |
Opens the Edit Workflow window where you can assign review and approval steps to a form. For more information, see Defining a Workflow. | |
Opens a window to set up email information for the form you want to send. For more information, see Editing Default Email Settings and Creating an Additional Email. | |
Opens the Form Settings window where you can manage versions and form changes, set default report and formatting options, copy history, create data maps, specify deep links, and validate forms. | |
Collapses or expands the elements on the form. |

Opens the Form Scanner window to scan your form for any errors or issues within the inputs that could cause problems. For more information, see Scanning Forms. | |
Opens the Preview window to view how the form will appear on a device. |

Opens the Logo Upload window where you can add your logo to the form. |

Opens the Copy Form window to copy a form. For more information, see Copying a Form. |

Opens the Confirm Delete window where you enter the exact name of the form you want to delete along with a reason for the deletion. |

Saves the form. If the Allow Versions for this Form option is toggled on in the Form Settings window, you will have the option of saving the current version or saving as a new version. |
