How to notify users a form has entered their workflow
Some users in your system may not be primary users. Unlike technicians, these users might miss notifications about forms requiring approval, as their responsibilities may lie elsewhere and they might not have the app open on their devices.
To address this, the Workflow and Contactless Signature Notifications section, on the Device Settings tab of the Security page, allows you to define how users are notified when a form enters their workflow.

In-App Notification is the default option when the latest version is installed or updated, ensuring backward compatibility. When selected, a pop-up notification appears within the app.

Send Email sends an email to the user assigned the form in the workflow. The email contains the same message as the in-app pop-up notification.
