How to upload attachments to a public form

Attachments can be uploaded to a public form. This can be helpful when you use public forms internally and want to use attachments to transport documents from application to application. Keep in mind that this feature allows unauthenticated users to submit attachments in your environment. We strongly recommend exercising caution and implementing additional security measures when enabling this functionality.

You must have the Allow Attachment Uploads on Public Forms toggle on in General Options tab of the Security page to upload attachments.
