How to track changes made to a form
You may have policies and procedures that you need to follow that require the ability to see changes made to a form. By tracking changes made on a form you can view the details about the changes made, after the first save of the form, including the date, version, and user who made each change.
- Create or open a form that you want to track changes.
- Click
(Settings) on the toolbar to open the Form Settings window.
- On the General and Design tab, toggle Track Form Changes, then click OK.
- Now when you make changes to the form, they are tracked.
- Changes made can be viewed in the Change Log. The log displays the date and time of the change, the type of change and the details.
