How to submit a form from the app

Form submissions are used to collect and process information, which may be used for reporting or integration with other systems. After completing a form, click Submit. You can view submitted forms on the View/Edit Submissions page in the admin site.

A form cannot be submitted if there are incomplete required fields on it. To view the required fields that have yet to be completed, click the asterisk button on a form to display those required fields. This can be very useful when you have multiple forms that list similar tasks, or to see what fields are remaining to complete before submitting. You can tick through the different tasks and see what is left to complete on a form.

To preview the form's report, you can download the draft report.

Once a form is submitted, the cloud storage of the form is removed.
