How to submit a form from the app

Form submissions are made to ensure information is collected, processed and potentially used for further actions such as reporting or integrations with other systems. Once you've completed a form, click Submit. Submitted forms can be viewed in the View/Edit Submissions page in the admin site.

A form cannot be submitted if there are incomplete required fields on it. To view the required fields that have yet to be completed, click the asterisk button on a form to display those required fields. This can be very useful when you have multiple forms that list similar tasks, or to see what fields are remaining to complete before submitting. You can tick through the different tasks and see what is left to complete on a form.

To preview the form's report, you can download the draft report.

Once a form is submitted, the cloud storage of the form is removed.
