How to start a form with workflow
If the form you’re completing has a workflow assigned, you may need to make specific selections before it can advance to the next step. At the end of the form, after the email options, you'll find the Workflow Actions section.
In this section, you can add any comments you'd like to include with the workflow. You may also be prompted to select the next user(s) who should receive the form. The fields will guide you—prompting you to choose a Team, Team Lead, Secondary Lead, or an individual user, depending on the workflow setup.
To make a selection, click the lookup icon and begin typing the first few letters of the name. Matching users or teams will appear for you to select.
Once your selections are complete, click Submit. The form will then be automatically routed to the designated recipients.
