How to send a completed purchase order prior to checking out
When the Allow Technician to Send Complete Purchase Order Prior to Checkout option is toggled on, an app user can send completed purchase orders to the back office before checking out an appointment. The Checkout Log will have a status that the purchase order was completed this way. Purchase Orders that are sent prior to checkout are no longer editable nor can be deleted from the app.
To send a completed purchase order prior to checkout:
- Open the Purchase Orders workspace.
- Click Review and Send for the completed purchase order you want to send to the back office.
- Confirm that the purchase order is completed, then click PO is Complete-Send.
