Scanning a Form for Errors and Issues
How to scan a form for errors and issues
You can run a scan on your form to check for potential errors or configuration issues that could cause problems later. This includes things like changes to field labels, deleted or renamed fields, or updates that might affect conditional logic, reports, integrations, or data maps.
Once the scan is complete, the system will display a list of any detected issues. This allows you to review each item, understand what may be impacted, and make any necessary corrections before publishing the form. Running this check helps prevent errors for app users and ensures your form works as expected in all connected areas.
- Click
(Scan for Errors) to open the Form Scanner window.
- Click Scan Form to scan your form for errors or issues.

The Form Scanner window lists the errors and issues found on the form and reports that help you resolve the issues before app users do. - Click OK to close the Form Scanner window to correct any errors on a form or report. The issues listed on your scan will remain on the Form Scanner window until you rescan or leave the form so that you can return to the list to check the field or object without waiting. You will also be notified if no issues are found once the scan is complete.
