How to save a form individually from an envelope

Envelopes
are designed to group multiple forms together for submission. However, there may be times when you need to separate a form from its envelope and save it individually. Common reasons include:

  • You only want to submit or work with one form from a group, not the entire envelope.

  • A form needs to be revised before submission, and you want to keep it separate for easier access.

  • You may want to archive or reference a form without submitting the full envelope.

  • The form needs to be reassigned, reviewed, or submitted through a different process.

By moving the form to the Saved/received forms folder, it becomes an independent item you can manage on its own—without affecting the rest of the envelope.

  1. On your device click (Unsubmitted envelopes) folder.

  2. Locate and tap the envelope that contains the form you wish to save.

  3. Find the form within the envelope, then swipe right on it.

  4. Tap Move to Saved.

  5. The form is moved to the Saved/received forms folder.
