How to reprocess failed data maps
If a data map fails to process correctly, you can manually reprocess it. This allows the system to attempt the operation again, which can often resolve temporary issues such as formatting errors, missing data, or system timeouts.

From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Logs.

On the Logs page, click Data Maps.

Enter the appropriate date range.

Select the checkbox next to the error you want to reprocess.

Click Resubmit Map.

To view more information about an error, click the Details icon. A window will open displaying detailed information about the selected error.
