How to reprocess failed data maps

If a data map doesn’t process correctly, you can manually reprocess it. This lets the system try again, which can often fix temporary issues like formatting problems, missing data, or connection timeouts. 

  1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Logs.

  2. On the Logs page, click Data Maps.

  3. Enter the appropriate date range.

  4. Select the checkbox next to the error you want to reprocess.

  5. Click Resubmit Map.

  6. To view more information about an error, click the Details icon. A window will open displaying detailed information about the selected error.
