How to reassign a workflow item

Use the Reassign Workflow Item window to assign a form in a workflow to a different user. If the form is currently checked out, you must first remove it from the current user before reassigning it.

  1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
  2. Click the More button on the right side of the pending form to reassign, then select Reassign. The Reassign Workflow Item window will open.
  3. From the Remove Workflow from field select the user who is currently assigned the workflow item.
  4. From the Assign Workflow to field select the user to whom you want to reassign the form.
  5. Click Reassign.
