How to reassign a workflow item
Use the Reassign Workflow Item window to assign a form in a workflow to a different user. If the form is currently checked out, you must first remove it from the current user before reassigning it.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
- Click the More button on the right side of the pending form to reassign, then select Reassign. The Reassign Workflow Item window will open.
- From the Remove Workflow from field select the user who is currently assigned the workflow item.
- From the Assign Workflow to field select the user to whom you want to reassign the form.
- Click Reassign.
