      Downloading the User Report

      How to download the User Report

      The User Report is an Excel spreadsheet export that contains two tabs: Users and Devices. This report is especially useful after an upgrade to identify which technicians have not yet updated their devices.

      • The Users tab includes details such as username, display name, email address, administrative rights, admin permissions, license status, and assigned roles.

      • The Devices tab provides information for each user’s device, including device ID, manufacturer, model, platform, platform version, version, and activity data.

      1. From the Administration menu, click Users to open the Users page.
      2. In the upper right, click User Report.
      3. The User Report is downloaded to an Excel spreadsheet.
