How to delete a data connection
There may be situations where you no longer need a data connection. For example:
-
The business process has changed.
-
The connected data source is no longer in use.
-
Compliance or security policies require its removal.
-
The connection was created for testing or temporary use.
To delete a data connection, use the Data Connections page. From there, you can select and remove the connection that’s no longer needed.
Note: Deleting a data connection is permanent and may impact forms or processes that rely on it. Be sure it's no longer in use before removing it.
- From the Configuration menu, click Data Connections to open the Data Connections page.
- Click
next to the data connection you want to delete, then select Remove.
- A confirm window will appear confirming you want to delete the data connection.
