      Deleting a Comment

      How to delete a comment

      You may need to delete a comment if the information it contains—such as an internal note about a form or section—is outdated or no longer relevant. Keeping comments current helps ensure that everyone viewing the form has access to accurate and useful information.

      If you're unsure about whether to delete a comment, consider whether the note still applies to the current version of the form.

      1. On the form, click on the comment you want to remove.
      2. On the comment's slider, click (Delete) to remove the comment field.
