How to clear data when using the same browser for the app

If you're using the same browser to access a different form app instance, you may need to clear your data. This helps protect your privacy and refreshes your sessions and cookies. For example, when you try to access another app instance via the correct URL, the form app instance you're currently using might still appear instead.

  1. From the More menu, select Settings to open the Settings page.
  2. Select Clear Data to remove the data from your device. You’ll be asked to confirm your decision. Make sure your forms are saved or submitted before clearing data to avoid losing any work in progress.
  3. Now you will be able to enter the registration key for the form app instance.
