How to assign forms to envelopes
After creating an email envelope, you can assign forms to it. In the mobile app, the user selects an envelope, completes the assigned forms, and sends the associated report PDF attachments together as a group.
- On a saved form, click
(Emailing), then select Envelopes. The Available Email Envelopes window opens.
- Select the envelope in which to send the form. A form can be included in multiple envelopes.
- Choose the reports to include for the form in the envelope.
- Click Save.
Workflows on forms assigned to an envelope are not interrupted—the form continues through its workflow steps as usual. Once all steps are completed, the form is sent and submitted along with the other forms in the envelope.
When the envelope is emailed, the recipient will receive the report associated with each completed form. Additionally, all form data is submitted and made available for use in any connected integrations or exports.
