How to add an embedded image to a form

Use the Embedded Image element to insert an image that displays on the form in the mobile app, rather than one taken and uploaded from the device. This can be helpful for instructional or example purposes. All users assigned to the form see the image.

1. From the Formatting menu in the Form Designer, click Embedded Image.
   
2. The Embedded Image input is added to the form. Click (Edit) to open the Edit Embedded Image window.
   
3. Enter a label for the embedded image and specify the label's formatting.
4. Click Upload Image. Browse to the image, then click Open. The image appears in the window. 
5. Click the Styles tab to specify the style settings for the embedded image. See Using the Styles Tab for more information.
6. Click OK to save your entries. Click Cancel to close the Edit Embedded Image window without saving changes.
