How to add a logo to an advanced report
If you add a logo to a form after you created an advanced report, you need to manually add the logo to the advanced report. Complete the following steps to add a logo to an advanced report.
- Open the advanced report for the form.
 - From the left side of the Report Designer, drag 
 (Picture Box) onto your report. - From the Properties menu on the right side of the Report Designer, expand Data.

 - Click the three dots in the Image Source field.

 - Select the logo you want to insert into the picture box.
 - Save your changes. The logo will now print on your report.
