Using the "None" Admin Permission

When you select the Administrator checkbox in the Edit User window, the admin permission of None is there to be used as a placeholder if you don’t know what permissions the user will have. This way you can also test to make sure the user can login to the admin site successfully. They will just have a "blank" experience until a permission is assigned to them.
