How to view the Change Log

The Change Log records all changes made to a form after each save, displaying the version number along with the date and time of the update.
Note: To view changes in the log, the Track Form Changes toggle must be enabled for the form in the Form Settings window.
  1. Click Logs from the left menu and select Change Log from the Log Type drop-down list.
  2. Select the form you want to view change information for or leave this blank to see changes for all forms for a date range.
  3. Enter a start and end date to filter the results and click Find. You don't need to enter a date range, but it may be easier to manage what you are viewing. The Find button changes to a Cancel button when the search is running, so that you can cancel the search, if necessary, such as if the search is taking a long time. 
  4. The details for each change are displayed along with the date, form name, version, and user who made each change.
