How to view a notification in the app
A notification may be sent to your device to alert you of some important information, such as a safety alert. Notifications function a bit differently depending on if TechPro is open, closed, or active in the background.
TechPro is Closed or Active in the Background
When the TechPro app is closed or active in the background and a notification is sent, click the notification, or open TechPro to view a toast message in the middle of your screen. If a response is requested, when you click the notification or open TechPro the notification and its responses appear at the bottom of the notification. You need to respond to the notification before you can continue using TechPro.
TechPro is Open
When the TechPro app is open and a notification is sent, a toast message with the notification will appear in the middle of your screen. If a response is requested, the notification and its responses appear at the bottom of the notification.
You need to respond to the notification before you can continue using TechPro.
If a notification is sent that doesn’t require your response, a toast message will appear in the middle of the screen that you will need to dismiss in order to continue working. If you aren’t in TechPro the toast will appear when you open the app.
