      Viewing User Device Information

      How to view device information for a user

      The Devices tab on the Edit User window is used to view device usage information, including the manufacturer, model, platform, operating system version, FormsPro version, device ID and recent activity. This information is updated when a form is submitted or upon a sync.

      1. From the Administration menu, click Users to open the Users page. 

      2. Click any username line in the list on the Users page to open the Edit User window.

      3. Click the Devices tab to view the device usage information for the user.
      4. Click Save to save your changes and close the Edit User window.
