How to use the Data Deletion page
The Data Deletion page allows admin users to search for and delete data from a database. Data may need to be deleted for various reasons, such as data protection, removal of irrelevant data, form updates, legal or compliance requirements, or to manage data storage. You can delete multiple submissions, personal data, or change management data. Each type of deletion has its own specific method for searching and selecting the data to be removed.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Data Deletion. The Data Deletion page opens.
- Select the deletion method: Delete Multiple Submissions, Delete Personal Data, or Delete Change Management Data.
- Click Delete. The Confirm Delete window appears. Enter the reason for the deletion, then click Yes.
