How to view a section in the app

When a section is added to a form, depending on if you have the Hide Section Label Text and Hide Section Border options marked in the Edit Section window, sections appear differently in the app.  Notice the illustration on the left has a section label and a border around the section indicating the information is part of a section, and not individual fields on a form. Whereas the illustration on the right does not have a section label or a border.
