How to use a page break with a conditional field
You may have a form with a conditional field, that in some situations when no fields are needed on the page, a blank page may appear. To ensure this doesn't happen add a page break before and after the conditional field.
For example, in the following illustration, when Fall is selected as the Type of Incident:
The conditional field becomes active:
However, when something other than Fall is selected as the Type of Incident the conditional field is skipped, no blank page appears, and the next page of the form opens as expected.
