Using the Offline Submissions Window

How to use the Offline Submissions window

If a form is submitted while you are offline, a message appears on your device that the form will be submitted when you are back online. Use the Offline Submissions window to view any of these forms that are waiting to be submitted. Once online and FormsPro is synced, the forms will be submitted, and will disappear from this window. You don't need to do anything when a form is listed in the Offline Submissions window. The window and menu option are for informational purposes only.

1. From the More menu in the app, select Offline Submissions. The number next to the menu option indicates the number of forms waiting to be submitted.
   
2. The Offline Submissions window opens.
   
3. The forms that are waiting to be submitted are displayed in the window, along with the date and time they were attempted to be submitted. To view a form waiting to be submitted, click on it. The form opens in read-only mode. The Offline Submissions window is for informational purposes only.
