How to use the Pending Submissions page

If you submit a form while offline, you’ll see a message letting you know it will be sent automatically once you're back online. Use the Pending Submissions window to check the status. This window shows any forms that are waiting to be submitted.

Once you're back online and the app syncs, your forms will be submitted automatically and will disappear from the list.

No action is required on your part — the Pending Submissions window is just for your information.

1. From the More menu in the app, select Pending Submissions. The number next to the menu option indicates the number of forms waiting to be submitted.
2. The Pending Submissions page opens.
   
3. The forms that are waiting to be submitted are displayed in the window, along with the date and time they were attempted to be submitted. To view a form waiting to be submitted, click on it. The form opens in read-only mode. The Pending Submissions window is for informational purposes only.
