How to unpublish a form
From the toolbar, click (Publish) to unpublish a form. If you need to make changes to a form, consider unpublishing it first. This temporarily removes it from users’ devices, giving you time to make updates without the form being available for use.
You may also choose to unpublish a form you’re no longer actively using. Instead of deleting it, unpublishing keeps the form accessible to you later if needed, while disabling it for users.
The forms with an empty icon next to their name in the Form and Report Designer menu are unpublished and will not appear on a user's device.
TIP: When adding or modifying a workflow, it's a good idea to unpublish the form until the workflow setup is complete.
Before unpublishing a form version, review all related areas—such as reports, data maps, linked forms, and workflows—to ensure nothing is unintentionally affected.
