How to understand checkout statuses
Use the following to understand what the status IDs in the Checkout Log table mean:
Status ID | Description |
-1000 | Web service not responding |
-900 | Duplicate appointment checkout received |
0 | Checkout not started |
1 | Checkout received |
5 | Backoffice processing started |
10 | Update appointment checkout complete |
20 | Update appointment complete |
30 | Update Status Log complete |
40 | Update equipment complete |
50 | Update labor complete |
60 | Update parts complete |
70 | Update notes complete |
80 | Update tasks complete |
81 | Cleanup forms not needed |
82 | Update user-defined fields complete |
89 | Add resolution note |
90 | Create new appointment complete |
100 | Complete existing appointment |
110 | Update invoice complete |
120 | Process parts complete |
130 | Process resolution notes complete |
140 | Generate report complete |
150 | Send email complete |
160 | Checkout complete |
