How to understand checkout statuses

Use the following to understand what the status IDs in the Checkout Log table mean:

Status ID Description
-1000 Web service not responding
-900 Duplicate appointment checkout received
0 Checkout not started
1 Checkout received
5 Backoffice processing started
10 Update appointment checkout complete
20 Update appointment complete
30 Update Status Log complete
40 Update equipment complete
50 Update labor complete
60 Update parts complete
70 Update notes complete
80 Update tasks complete
81 Cleanup forms not needed
82 Update user-defined fields complete
89 Add resolution note
90 Create new appointment complete
100 Complete existing appointment
110 Update invoice complete
120 Process parts complete
130 Process resolution notes complete
140 Generate report complete

999 Canceled (appointment in Reprocess Log that was ignored)
