Receiving a SOP Transaction error when checking out an appointment
If you receive an error saving a SOP transaction header for service call XXXX for a batch number marked for posting, you cannot reprocess this in the TechPro Admin site.
This error occurs because the SOP batch is being edited by someone. TechPro puts SOP transactions in a batch that is "TPRO_your inventory site" so if someone in the back office opened the batch when the appointment was checked out, the error occurs.
