How to renew an expired security certificate
I recently updated FormsPro and now my screen shows a lot of overlapping text and errors. I also cannot log into FormsPro from any devices. When I originally logged into the Admin site I received a message that my connection isn't private. I clicked Advanced and it says the security certificate is expired. What do I need to do?
When the certificate is expired the security between the browser and the app is broken. Work with your IT provider to get the certificate renewed.
