Saving to the Cloud

Why saving to the Cloud is important

When you enter data on the mobile app, your work is automatically saved to the cloud—as long as you're connected to the internet. This cloud-based saving helps protect your data in case something goes wrong, such as the app "freezing" or your device experiencing an unexpected error. Because your data is stored online, you won't lose your progress even if you have to restart the app or switch devices.

Another benefit of cloud saving is flexibility: you can start filling out a form on one device (like your phone) and finish it later on a different one (like a tablet), as long as you're logged in and connected to the internet.

Once you submit a form, it is removed from cloud storage. This helps keep your cloud space clear and ensures only active or in-progress forms are saved online.

Keep in mind:

  • You must be online to save your form to the cloud.

  • When a form is successfully saved to the cloud, you'll see a cloud icon next to it in the app.

  • If no icon appears, the form has not been saved to the cloud. In this case, make sure you’re connected to the internet and try saving again.

By keeping an eye on the cloud icon and maintaining an internet connection, you can ensure your work is safely backed up and accessible when you need it.
