How to re-assign a workflow item

Use the Re-assign Workflow Item window to re-assign a form in a workflow to another user. If the form is checked out, you will need to remove the form from that user, then assign it to someone else.

  1. From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
  2. Click the more button at the right of the form line and select Re-Assign.
  3. From the Remove Workflow from field select the user who is currently assigned the workflow item.
  4. From the Assign Workflow to field select the user to whom you want to re-assign the form.
  5. Click Re-Assign.
