How to re-assign a workflow item
Use the Re-assign Workflow Item window to re-assign a form in a workflow to another user. If the form is checked out, you will need to remove the form from that user, then assign it to someone else.
- From the Submissions and Logs menu, select Pending Forms. The Pending Forms page opens.
- Click the more button at the right of the form line and select Re-Assign.
- From the Remove Workflow from field select the user who is currently assigned the workflow item.
- From the Assign Workflow to field select the user to whom you want to re-assign the form.
- Click Re-Assign.
