Printing Longer Media Captions on a Report

How to print a longer media caption on a report

There may be times when you need to increase the media caption box for the entire caption to print on a report. To do so, complete the following:

1. In the Advanced Report Designer, double-click in the Photos box to open the report designer for the photo.
   
2. The report designer for the photo box opens.
   
3. Click on the Caption box and enlarge the box to your specifications.
   
4. With the Caption box highlighted, mark the Can Grow and Word Wrap option under the Properties menu.
